Shipping Methods by Region

All domestic U.S. shipments are fulfilled via United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship to all U.S. states and territories (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands).

Canada:
Orders within Canada are fulfilled domestically through our Canadian shipping partner to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.

International Orders:
International orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in South Korea using national postal service carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues once the shipment has been dispatched.

International Orders & Customs
